The Role
This is a senior leadership position within the education team, suited to someone confident leading projects and teams while supporting business development alongside delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages
* Manage internal teams and external stakeholders
* Drive programme milestones and technical quality
* Support new business within the education sector
Key Requirements
* 10+ years PQE
* Proven education project delivery
* Strong Revit + AutoCAD skills
* Confident client‑facing leader
* Robust design portfolio
* DfE / framework experience beneficial
