Overview
Customer Team Member — Location: 17-25 Main Street, Huthwaite, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 2QW. Pay: £12.60 per hour. Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided. What youll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service - youll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyone day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
* Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
* Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events
