A leading prestige main dealer in the Bournemouth / Poole area is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join its dynamic showroom team.
This is a rare opportunity to represent a premium automotive brand within a business renowned for its professionalism, customer care, and commitment to excellence.
The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to handover. They will manage the entire sales process with enthusiasm and attention to detail, ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class journey that reflects the prestige of the brand.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
* Manage the full sales process, including test drives, negotiations, and vehicle handovers
* Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product range and features
* Work collaboratively with the sales and aftersales teams to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Proven track record in car sales, ideally within a prestige or main dealer environment
* Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with excellent organisational ability
* Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer
* Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission
* £27,000 basic, OTE £53,000
