The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Support students in completing assigned work
* Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Confidence leading a class of students aged 11–16
* A proactive and adaptable attitude
* Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
* A degree or relevant qualifications (preferred)
