The Role
and About You
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll start by mastering the recruitment process and candidate management:
1. Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal systems.
2. Interviewing candidates to assess their fit and career goals.
3. Managing candidates through every step, from first contact to placement.
4. Generating leads and spotting opportunities to build your future client base.
5. Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate with candidate and client details.
When you’re ready, you’ll step into a full 360 role:
6. Winning new business by building real relationships with hiring managers.
7. Managing your own client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions.
8. Advising clients using market insight — not just selling on price.
9. Running end-to-end recruitment projects and seeing your work pay off in your earnings.
We’re looking for someone who:
10. Communicates confidently and enjoys building rapport.
11. Is ambitious, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
12. Brings attention to detail and stays organised when things get busy.
13. May have B2B or B2C sales experience — but more importantly, has the hunger to succeed and grow.
Why ATA Recruitment?
14. Uncapped Commission — earn directly from your results, with no thresholds holding you back.
15. Progression That’s Clear and Achievable — structured steps from Trainee to full 360 Consultant, with real examples to follow.
