Job Purpose: You will be the first line of support to all drivers and stakeholders, ensuring our fleet operate in a safe, efficient and timely manner to meet the demands of the business and our customers. Job Responsibilities: Support with fleet maintenance scheduling and liaise with service providers for vehicle repairs Support with the data capture for transport-related reports in a timely and accurate manner Process orders for stock & equipment as required Co-ordinate the bookings for internal transport requirements Provide support to the Transport Manager to ensure Maintain accurate records of all transport related administration Personal Attributes: An excellent all-round communicator who prides themselves with being well organised and structured. Computer literate essential Excellent communication skills, able to work alongside management, site personnel and suppliers Some experience of working in transport/logistics preferable in the construction industry Essential Qualifications: Maths/English A-C Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of using Microsoft Navision and Samsara telematics Experience or an understanding of FORS accreditation CPC
