The Ideal Partner - A community builder and strategic operator who has successfully scaled and exited a community or people-based business, able to lead strategic planning, operations, technology, and revenue growth.
You are
* A strategic thinker with a proven operational track record
* Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity and detail-oriented
* Skilled at developing and executing go-to-market and growth plans
* Experienced with tech-enabled communities, marketplaces, or platforms
* Ideally a former founder/CEO with a successful exit
* Connections within the PE or VC sectors would be a distinct advantage
* Globally minded and collaborative
Role Details
* Equity-led (Capital and/or sweat investment)
* No compensation initially—expect revenue to fund remuneration within six months
* Co-create and deliver a four-year scale-and-exit plan
* Full co-leadership role, not an advisory position
