About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Partnerships Insights & Performance Analyst.

As a Partnerships Insights & Performance Analyst at Liverpool FC, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global partnerships. You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, helping us win, deliver, and renew world-class partnerships through smart, insight-led thinking.

You’ll uncover growth opportunities, craft compelling commercial cases for prospective partners, and develop strategies that maximise ROI and deepen long-term relationships. With a curious mindset and a flair for problem-solving, you’ll also contribute to forward-looking projects that influence the long-term direction of our Partnerships team.

What will you be doing?

Win – Partnership Growth and Prospecting

1. Use data, market research and category analysis to identify high-potential brands and partnership opportunities across key markets.
2. Translate performance data and market intelligence into compelling business cases that demonstrate the strategic fit and commercial value of partnering with Liverpool FC.
3. Support forward-looking category strategies that identify white space and opportunities for commercial growth.

Deliver – Partner Performance and ROI

4. Analyse partner and campaign performance data to uncover insights that enhance activation strategies and maximise ROI.
5. Develop and maintain reports and visualisations that bring clarity to partnership performance and commercial impact.
6. Collaborate with Partnership Management teams to embed insight into day-to-day delivery and performance reviews.

Evolve – Strategic and Departmental Support

7. Contribute analytical and strategic input to departmental initiatives that drive commercial growth and operational effectiveness.
8. Support ad hoc analytical projects that inform decision-making across the Partnerships Department.
9. Champion a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement and forward thinking within the team.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a commercially minded individual with a strong problem-solving mindset who can translate complex challenges into clear, data-led actions. You’ll be confident using data to shape commercial and performance strategies, with a keen understanding of brand objectives, ROI, and category dynamics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be adept at telling compelling stories with data that influence senior stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple priorities with a collaborative, curious, and proactive approach. A methodical and detail-oriented mindset, coupled with integrity in handling sensitive information, is key. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a sports, media, consulting, or sponsorship background, and be familiar with social media analytics, audience insight tools, or sponsorship valuation platforms. Knowledge of commercial strategy, marketing effectiveness, or business planning principles, along with experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, would be a distinct advantage.

Why should you apply?

This is a full-time permanent role working hours per week. Your main base will be our London Office.

Please note, this vacancy may close early if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

To reward your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary, days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days) and a contributory pension scheme.

You will have access to our benefits kit bag where you can get high street discounts, and a selection of benefit schemes you can join. There are opportunities to get involved with volunteering through our LFC Foundation to give back to the local community.

At Liverpool Football Club, we have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and are always looking to making a positive difference in the communities that we operate within.
