The post is within the Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Department of Clinical Neuropsychology. We have strong links with the King's College London Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IOPPN) and other local clinical neuropsychology services within Kings Health Partners.
Person specification
Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology.
* HCPC registered clinical psychologist.
Desirable criteria
* Further specialist training in clinical neuropsychology, e.g., knowledge component of the QiCN.
Experience
Essential criteria
* Advanced knowledge of at least two models of psychological therapy and their theoretical and evidence base.
* Post-qualification experience working with clients with complex psychological needs.
* Experience in developing and delivering teaching and training to psychologists and other professionals.
Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Advanced knowledge of psychological and neuropsychological assessment techniques.
* Advanced knowledge of at least two psychological therapy models and their evidence base.
