One of our wonderful long-standing receptionists is leaving due to family commitments, so we are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join the team.
The position is Part-Time - working 30 hrs per week, 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Ideally with flexibility to cover holiday where possible.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional, efficient administrator, with first class customer service skills, as you will be liaising with clients, in sometimes, emotional circumstances.
You will need to have extensive knowledge of horses, either working with or have owned a horse recently. Along with several years of working in an office and thrive in a busy and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to change and multi-task.
You must be detail driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence on the phone, as you will be dealing with emergencies, and have experience of using various IT systems (full training is given). A positive ‘can do' attitude is essential.
