They are now seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic residential sales team and play a key role in driving service excellence across the Mirfield area.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be involved in various front-office and client facing duties, including conducting viewings, negotiating sales, managing valuations, registering clients, and updating the database. You will also support price-reductions, drive new business through canvassing, and assist with digital marketing campaigns.
The Package:
* Up to £30k+ OTE, with a basic of up to £27k plus commission
* Can consider both part time and full time hours, Monday–Friday, Minimum 3 to 5 full days per week (9:00am – 5:30pm); with Saturdays 1 in 2/3 (9:00am – 1:00pm)
* Mileage paid at .45p per mile

The Sales Negotiator Role:
* Manage a sales portfolio of approximately 40–50 properties
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales
* Assist with valuations and handle front-office tasks, including phones and client registrations
* Maintain and update the property database
* Support property reductions and generate new business through canvassing
* Contribute to digital marketing initiatives
* Take ownership of your sales pipeline with a proactive approach
The Person:
* Confident, driven, and proactive individual
* Driver and own transport
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong focus on customer service
* Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or lettings is advantageous
* Ready to take ownership of your portfolio and drive results
