We’re looking for a HelpDesk Support Specialist to join a leading global social media tech company in London! If you have a passion for troubleshooting, a strong technical mindset, and enjoy providing top-notch support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Perform remote software installations and assist with hardware setup.
Support Windows & Mac OS environments.
2-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role.
~ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
~ Knowledge of system troubleshooting, OS support (Windows/Mac), and hardware deployment.
~ Location: London, onsite (5 days/week).
Contract: 12 months.
Hourly rate: £19.50 (8hrs per day) I Monday to Friday
