What Your Days Will Look Like
The AS team seeks a qualified ACA / ACCA Senior Manager, with extensive accounting/finance experience from practice, to join the team.
AS provides outsourced accounting and advisory services, delivering projects ranging from small secondments to large, complex assignments for our clients.
Outsourced Accounting Services Include
* The preparation of statutory financial statements (SFS)
* Bookkeeping and periodic management accounts
* Managing local SFS preparation for cross-border clients
Advisory Services Include Advising Clients On
* Statutory accounting compliance requirements
* Improvements to the SFS cycle, including production, audit, and filing of SFS
* Providing skilled accountants on secondment for temporary resource needs
Accounting Projects Include
* Investigating, data gathering, and analysis to ensure accuracy of statutory financial statements for multi-national and multi-entity organizations
* Preparation of compliance data for auditors during year-end processes
* Managing statutory compliance processes for multi-entity, global organizations
An AS Senior Manager should be capable of managing a client portfolio and a team to deliver large, complex accounting and finance projects.
The Role Is For You If
* You possess an accounting professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
* You have strong accounting skills and technical knowledge of financial reporting, able to work from first principles
* You have good knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS and awareness of US GAAP
* You are IT literate, with experience in accounting software and excellent Excel skills
* You demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a client-focused attitude in deadline-driven environments
* You have strong communication skills (written and oral)
* You have supervisory skills and can develop and coach staff in a team environment
* You can manage teams to deliver large, complex projects
