Construction Lecturer (Multi-Skills)

We’re looking for a dedicated Lecturer (Multi-Skills) to join our dynamic Construction team, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of trades including:
* Carpentry & Joinery
* Brickwork
* Plastering
* Painting & Decorating
* Plumbing
* Tiling

What We’re Looking For
* A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
* Qualified to at least Level 2 in one trade area, with competence in at least one additional trade
* Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a lecturing or training role within Further or Higher Education
* Strong understanding of innovative teaching techniques and internal quality processes
* A professional, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across multiple trade disciplines to further education learners
* Develop curriculum materials and assess student work to ensure learning goals are met
* Lead and coordinate course teams, contributing to course verification and quality assurance
* Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression through mentoring and coaching
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your specialist areas and contribute to departmental development
