The University of Cambridge, one of the world's leading research-intensive academic institutions, is seeking an experienced REF Manager to lead future REF submissions. The role involves working closely with the Director of Research Services and Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research to develop and implement strategies for successful REF exercises, ensuring excellent outcomes for the University.
About You
Applicants should possess significant experience within a higher education environment, with a clear understanding of the organizational culture of a large research university. Experience in research planning and REF processes, along with the ability to interpret and communicate complex policies, is essential. The role also requires line management experience, strategic project management skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
