We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Design Specialist to lead the design and delivery of digital products and consulting projects. This role requires a Masters degree in UX/UI Design and at least 4 years of professional design experience, ensuring the ability to combine design excellence with strategic business thinking.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping digital solutions for UK businesses, from concept through to delivery, ensuring both user-centric design and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for websites, dashboards, and digital tools used by clients across industries.
* Conduct in-depth user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
* Translate business requirements into scalable, user-focused solutions that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
* Mentor junior designers and set best-practice design standards across projects.
* Contribute to business growth by ensuring designs directly support measurable outcomes such as lead generation, customer retention, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Masters degree in UX/UI Design (or closely related discipline).
* 4+ years' proven experience in professional design roles.
* Demonstrated ability to connect design with business strategy and measurable ROI.
* Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, and prototyping platforms.
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics to collaborate with developers.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at a senior level.
