Functional Consultant D365 F&O
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and delivery of ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into solution designs, and configure D365 F&O to meet organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead workshops to gather business requirements and map end-to-end processes.
* Translate requirements into functional designs, configuration, and solution documentation.
* Configure D365 F&O modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production).
* Support data migration, integrations, testing cycles, and UAT preparation.
* Collaborate with technical teams to define functional specifications for customisations.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform system validation, and support go-live and post-deployment activities.
* Provide training and guidance to end users and super users.
Skills & Experience
* Hands-on experience across multiple D365 F&O implementations.
* Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations business processes.
* Experience producing functional design documents and process flows.
* Familiarity with data migration and testing methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to run workshops and engage stakeholders.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-330) are an advantage.
