Job Description


How you'll make an impact.



* Contacting local Deaf clubs and charities as well as Government organisations to offer informative presentations

* Provide engaging presentations to both existing and potential users to encourage widespread adoption

* Empowering, upskilling and supporting the community in making the most of the app

* Facilitate feedback sessions to gather insights and suggestions that will help us continually improve the platform and better serve the community

* Collaboratively support Government agencies on accessing the app / on-demand service 

* Professionally represent Sign Solutions at events, Deaf club presentations and support any other broader Deaf community activities

* Provide support and represent Sign Solutions at wider events in the UK

* Support the generation and analysis of management information reports to inform strategic decisions

* Report to Sales and Marketing Manager


Qualifications


Experience you'll bring. Essential skills



• Enthusiastic, collaborative, passionate and flexible

• Ability to communicate fluently in British Sign Language

• Experience and understanding of working in the Deaf community

• Full clean driving license and/or ability to travel to events

• Strong presentation skills

• Networking and community relations
