A consumer-focused brand, which has extensively grown over the last 5 years and is driven by their highly innovative approach, making the business a market leader are looking for an E-commerce Manager, due to their recent expansion!They will oversee and manage their online sales across their websites. The role focuses on E-commerce, using Shopify, including creating listings, running analytical reports, and conducting market research into competitors. You will also be a trend spotter, or even better a trend starter with an absolute love for data and insights and using that to mold and shape the e-commerce performance.Location: Birmingham (hybrid/ flexible working)Salary: up to £45KOwning the CRO strategy and roadmap; including analysing website performance through qualitative and quantitative research, A/B testing new initiatives and continuous website optimisation and eCommerce promotions Plan and perform A/B and multi-variate tests and ensure opportunities for upselling and cross-selling are being optimisedKnowledge of Shopify and familiarity with some of the key industry associated apps would be advantageous but not essentialRegular competitor analysis researching user experience design of key funnels and new product releasesWorking closely with the digital team to ensure focus and activations to drive new consumers, conversion & repeat purchaseImproving the customer experience and journey to heighten the consumer’s experience, resulting in increased online salesExperienced in a high growth eCommerce environment where you have demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and executing growth strategiesReporting on online trading performance, gathering insight and data to be shared in weekly trade meetingsAnalyse online conversion ratesAnd what do you get in return?
