Territory Manager, Critical Care - South West & South Wales
Join BD’s UKI Critical Care team as a Territory Manager focusing on the Arctic Sun 5000 Temperature Management System. Drive promotion, education, and sales of a specialised product range, working closely with healthcare professionals to implement advanced temperature management therapies that enhance patient care.
About the Role
Provide support to sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, ensuring customer needs are met and territory revenue is maximised through effective planning of activities and resources. Manage key accounts within your territory, delivering high standards of technical advice to customers on all products used in critical care settings.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICU doctors, nurses and hospital management.
* Develop strategic account plans, prioritising time and resources effectively.
* Deliver comprehensive education and support for Targeted Temperature Management and the Arctic Sun system.
* Lead post-purchase training, driving product adoption and usage in clinical settings.
* Provide technical and clinical support for product implementation and usage.
* Facilitate peer-to-peer engagements, such as local symposia, masterclasses and round table meetings.
* Monitor and assess account performance, ensuring objectives are met and sustained.
* Ensure compliance with company CRM standards and expectations.
About You
* Minimum 2-3 years of proven track record in medical sales or a clinical career in Critical Care.
* Experience in Critical Care / Neonatology / Paediatrics / Emergency department preferred but not essential.
* Full driving licence.
* Experience delivering engaging presentations and securing mutually beneficial solutions in a healthcare setting.
* Strong organisational skills, managing multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Salesforce and Excel, data‑driven decision making and solution selling.
* Enthusiasm for targeted therapies and desire to improve patient care.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success and wider strategic goals.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range for the role: £45,000 – £55,000 + bonus + benefits.
