With a strong portfolio of diverse and award-winning projects, they are now seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join their talented and collaborative team. About the Role As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will take a leading role in the delivery of high-quality landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIAs), alongside the development of innovative and context-sensitive design solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of LVIAs, feasibility studies, and landscape assessments for a wide variety of developments. Contribute creatively to the design and delivery of landscape proposals, masterplans, and planning applications. Work collaboratively with planners, architects, and other team members across disciplines. Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, presenting design proposals and advice. Mentor junior team members and support their development. Help to shape best practices and promote sustainability in design. ✅ What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape architecture, including demonstrable expertise in LVIAs. A degree in Landscape Architecture and CMLI (Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute) status, or working towards chartership. Strong knowledge of relevant UK planning policies and environmental standards. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and present work to clients and consultees. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp; GIS experience is a bonus). A creative, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for thoughtful, impactful landscape design.
