With a focus on best practice and renewal optimisation, the team works with clients across a wide range of industry sectors, to ensure maximum value obtained from the software investments.

Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the Asset Intelligence Managed Services function and ensure successful delivery/customer success.
* Owning and managing a subset of Managed Service customers across all functions, including co-ordinate and hosting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
* Host customer kick off calls, taking meeting minutes and following up on actions.
* Manage and track all assessments & services provided by the Asset Intelligence Team.
* Supported by the consultants, you will communicate the status and steps to customers through the Customer Journey process.
* Build trusted relationships with customers.
* Ensure service milestones are achieved and tracked across all live customers by working with the Consultants/Analysts to ensure service success.
* Manage ad hoc projects/touch points through the customers lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of and experience with MS Office range of products.
* Strong planning, organisation and administration skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactively use your own skillset and that of the team to solve problems.
* Knowledge of asset management principles.
