What you’ll be doing:
Leading pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects (no subject expertise needed)
Keeping pupils engaged and focused
Managing classroom behaviour with a calm, confident approach
Supporting the wider school team and stepping in where needed
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and presence in the classroom
Flexibility and reliability – schools love people they can count on
Previous experience working with young people (in schools, youth work, coaching or similar) is a bonus but not essential
