We are partnered with a globally recognised, market-leading manufacturing business seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance team just outside of Uttoxeter.
This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to step into a senior position within a fast-paced, growth focused environment. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and leading a small team while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
• Support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting, including P&L, variance analysis and performance insights.
• Oversee monthly accounts, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Act as a key business partner, providing clear financial analysis and influencing decision-making across the business.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a small finance team while managing year-end processes and external audit relationships.
Key requirements:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial reporting experience.
• Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in business partnering and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Previous exposure to audit, statutory accounting, and team management.
