The successful candidate will lead performance media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging platforms, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and creative performance. You will be commercially minded: able to forecast, model, and work beyond surface-level metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Own paid performance across Meta, Google and TikTok.
* Deliver lower-funnel, direct-response growth campaigns in a D2C environment.
* Manage performance with a commercial lens.
* Shape and iterate performance strategy tied to revenue, profit and new customer acquisition.
