The Role
You will join a top-tier Private Equity team handling complex cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, minority investments, and exits. What They’re Looking For
* England & Wales qualified lawyer with strong Private Equity or leveraged M&A experience
* Solid grounding in transactional work from a highly regarded firm
* Confident handling of deal processes, drafting, and stakeholder management
