On offer is the opportunity to join a respected engineering company founded in 2002. Specialising in high-quality machined components for the Oil & Gas sector, they are now looking to appoint a Machining Supervisor to oversee and develop their CNC operations due to continued growth.
This role would suit an experienced machining professional with strong leadership skills who takes pride in running an efficient, disciplined shop floor while maintaining high quality standards.
The Role
* Overseeing daily CNC machining operations including milling and turning
* Managing programme development using CAD/CAM software such as FeatureCAM and SolidWorks
* Optimising machining processes and tooling to improve efficiency
Supervising and mentoring machine shop staff
* Ensuring components meet tight tolerances and quality standards
Maintaining HSE compliance and production documentation
The Person
* Proven experience in CNC milling and turning within a precision engineering environment
* Experience leading teams in a production setting
