Position:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless running of our Accident Repair Centre. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and great communication skills to effectively liaise with the company's suppliers and to support our technicians.
As the Parts Advisor, you will:
* Process highly accurate parts orders, including the handling of returns or exchanges as necessary
* Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored effectively
* Work collaboratively with other departments to find innovative solutions to parts supply issues
* Collaborate with Technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts when required for repairs
* Maintain an organised workspace to facilitate efficient operations
* Some heavy lifting would be required within this role
Role Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment
* Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and automotive parts knowledge
* Experience using Bodyshop management systems would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given
* Other administration roles would be included in the role (full details would be explained in interview)
* A valid driver’s license

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (40 hours per week).
