We are hiring on behalf of a Scarborough SEMH/SEND school. Your role will involve delivering targeted interventions to support pupils’ social, emotional, and learning needs, working closely with the SENCO and classroom staff.
Responsibilities
1. Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support.
2. Help pupils access the curriculum effectively.
3. Implement positive behavioural strategies.
4. Encourage engagement, independence, and confidence.
5. Record and monitor pupil progress for reporting purposes.
