CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.\n \nWe are recruiting a Contract Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Leeds!\n \nThe Role: \n\nEnsure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks.\nManage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.\nSchedule engineers across our client sites.\nTake calls from the client & send jobs to engineers.\nCollate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.\nAttend & participate in weekly/monthly Contract Review & finance meetings.\nCreate monthly customer report with contract manager.\nPlan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.\nCreate/raise Extra Works jobs.\nCreate accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner.\nRegularly review and process supplier invoices.\nRaise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.\nRun and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result.\nRun & review debt report weekly.\nReview all open orders & follow up\n \nDetails \n\nMonday - Friday\n8am - 5pm\nHybrid once trained\n \nQualifications & Experience \n\nProven experience in a similar administrative role\nExperience within the FM industry is advantageous\nExperience with invoices/raising POs\n \nEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES \nWe are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age
