Tax Associate Director

The role
* Lead a portfolio of clients including business owners, partnerships, LLPs, and limited companies.
* Advise on a wide range of personal and corporate tax matters, including remuneration planning, restructuring, succession, group reorganisations, capital allowances, and wider tax planning opportunities.
* Oversee and review corporate and personal tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Drive high-level advisory projects, from technical design through to implementation.
* Act as a trusted senior contact for clients, offering commercially focused and proactive solutions.
* Work closely with Partners and Directors on the delivery of complex assignments.
* Mentor, coach, and support the development of junior members of the tax team.
What we're looking for
* CTA and ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience).
* Strong grounding across both corporate and personal tax.
* Proven ability to deliver advisory-led solutions to business owners.
* Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to develop and inspire others.
* Strong commercial acumen and client-facing presence.
