The opportunity We're looking for a GTM Architect to help us build a smarter, faster, AI-powered go-to-market engine. This is a technical but commercially-minded role - you'll sit at the intersection of data quality, automation, and sales operations, helping our team spend less time on manual work and more time closing. You'll report into the Go to Market Lead and work closely with leadership and ops. You'll be one of the people who shapes how we use AI across the GTM team - this isn't a maintenance role, it's a build role. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who's curious, resourceful, and excited about using AI and automation to solve real business problems. You don't need to have done this exact job before - but you do need to be the kind of person who figures things out. What you'll do Make our HubSpot data trustworthy. Audit, clean, and structure our CRM so it's accurate, consistent, and ready to be used by AI - fixing records, standardising fields, and building validation rules that keep it clean going forward. Build AI agents that run top-of-funnel for our AEs. We want AEs focused on one thing: running great demos. Everything before that - prospecting, sequencing, personalised outreach, follow-ups - should be handled by agents you build. You'll design and deploy these using Claude, HubSpot, and automation platforms, handing off to a human only when a demo is booked. Support data enrichment at scale. Build and run a central enrichment process using AI and tools to keep contact and account data accurate without manual research overhead. Manage and connect our sales tech stack. Own the administration of HubSpot, Lusha, Symbo etc. Keep tools integrated, data flowing correctly, and the team getting value from them. Who you are Detail-obsessed about data quality. You know that bad data breaks everything downstream. You care about getting it right and have the patience to fix it properly. Comfortable learning new tools fast. You don't need to know every platform already - but you pick things up quickly and enjoy figuring out how systems work. Excited about AI, not just aware of it. You're already using AI in your work. You understand what Claude (or similar) can and can't do, and you have a sense of where automation adds real value vs. where it creates noise. Commercially curious. You understand why clean pipeline data and accurate AE reporting matter — not just technically, but for the business. You want your work to have a visible impact on how the sales team performs. Your experience Must be based in London, willing to work 2 days in our London Waterloo office 1 years of experience in a RevOps, sales operations, or systems-focused role Hands-on experience with HubSpot - building reports, managing contacts, creating workflows Comfortable working with data - spotting errors, cleaning records, structuring fields logically Some exposure to automation tools (HubSpot workflows, Clay, Make, Zapier, or similar) — you don't need to be an expert but you need to understand how they work Familiarity with AI tools in a work context - ideally Claude, ChatGPT, or similar applied to real tasks Bonus: experience in or alongside a sales or SDR team - you understand the tools and workflows from the other side Bonus: exposure to tools like Lusha, Symbo, or Clay for prospecting and enrichment Why Beyonk Group?
