This role offers the chance to influence strategy, drive operational stability, and work with global suppliers in a fast-moving, well-invested business.
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Buyer who can hit the ground running and lead strategic procurement initiatives. You’ll play a key role in:
* Benchmarking materials and costs
* Driving cost management and procurement strategy
* Building and managing supplier relationships
* Supporting supply chain stability through strong supplier partnerships
* Improving procurement systems and processes
* Conducting supplier evaluations
* Contributing to capital and waste strategy
* Helping evolve the procurement team
Experience needed:
* 5+ years of experience (more for interim)
* Strong background in supplier/customer management
* Experience in food or pharma sectors preferred
