The Opportunity
We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Murdos Bar. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

A little bit about us…
Each pub has its own story, character, and loyal locals, but they all share the same welcoming spirit. Whether it’s top-notch sports screenings, quiz nights, or DJs keeping the party going, there’s always something happening. At most of our pubs, you’ll find proper pub grub – with big, juicy burgers and classic fish and chips being firm favourites. And when it comes to pouring a cracking pint, we’ve got it nailed. We serve up real value, a great atmosphere, and a pub experience that’s worth every penny. Murdos Bar, Aberdeen, is a great local community pub that is famous for Tennent's lager, sports coverage on its numerous large TVs, great pub food, and excellent entertainment. Our bar is a great place for our guests to catch up with friends over a drink and watch the match. There are also local men's and ladies darts and pool teams. We're versatile with something for everyone. Our lounge is a great place for entertainment with karaoke discos and live bands at weekends, and our cocktail bar is a great place to host private functions.
