Job Title: Archiving Support Coordinator Job Location: Milton Keynes (5 days in the office) Contract Length: 2 months Industry: Document Support, Administration, Oil and Energy Working Hours: 7.25 per day / 36.25 per week Role Overview: Operations and Advisory is an internal global shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised and standardised HR services for bp from a number of geographical delivery centres as appropriate for bp’s footprint. Services & Solutions are the first point of contact for HR related matters; the team are policy and process experts, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience. The purpose of the Regional Delivery Centre People Core Specialist role is to provide information and guidance to bp employees on employee processes and data changes across the breadth of the Workday solution. What you will do: Review and sort through physical documents and files Identify and remove documents that do not require scanning Organise and box remaining files in preparation for secure transfer to Iron Mountain Ensure accurate labelling and documentation of archived materials Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care Liaise with internal teams as needed to clarify document handling requirements What you will have: Previous experience in administrative, records management, or archiving roles Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable handling physical documents and working in an office environment Basic IT skills (e.g., Excel, email) for tracking and reporting purposes Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
