What You’ll Do
* Own the paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok & emerging channels
* Lead on performance, creative testing frameworks, budget pacing & growth strategy
* Be the day-to-day client partner they can’t live without
* Translate data into stories, insights & next-step recommendations
* Mentor & elevate a talented media team
* Experiment, iterate, refine — and drive big, meaningful results
What You Bring
* 5+ years in Paid Social, ideally agency-side
* Strong ecommerce experience (DTC bonus points )
* Confident leading clients, managing large budgets & owning strategy
* A balance of analytical thinking + creative flair
* Someone who genuinely loves growing brands
