Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive expansion of our equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing organisation with strong international potential.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the expansion of Fast Food Systems’ products and services across the UK and international markets.
You will work closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities within:
* Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operators
* Franchise partners
* Food service groups
* Petrol forecourts and convenience locations
* Leisure venues such as cinemas and travel hubs
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
* Identify and secure new customers for equipment, ingredients and franchise opportunities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
* Generate leads through networking, exhibitions and outreach
* Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers
* Work with marketing to develop promotional campaigns
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
* Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in B2B sales (foodservice, franchise or equipment sectors desirable)
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Commercially aware with strong business development ability
* Willingness to travel when required
* Experience using CRM systems preferred
