Main Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing.
* Assist the team with a range of admin tasks.
* Support the coordination of the team's response to network faults.
* Send development plans to mapping via the mapping centre tracker.
* Raise purchase orders and manage invoices.
* Update systems with connectivity issues.
* Call customers after works to survey our customer service performance.
* Assist other team members as and when required.
Ideal Candidate
* Experienced customer‑focused administrator with excellent organisational abilities, able to prioritise, multitask, and manage workloads effectively.
* Confident communicator, especially on the telephone, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills at all times.
* Comfortable working with numerical data to support operational activities.
* Effective team player who can also work independently, showing initiative when required.
* Experience using a range of IT systems and a quick learner of new systems and processes.
* Preferably has worked on projects where you have taken ownership of tasks.

An opportunity is available for a Team Admin Assistant based at our Church Village, Cardiff depot. This role will primarily be office based. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Team Admin Assistant plays a key role in supporting the operations team through effective administrative and coordination support. You will be a dependable team player, contributing to daily office functions and general administrative duties.
