This role offers a genuinely flexible approach to working patterns, including a three-day week with a light weekend commitment (either 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends ) supported by a nearby 24-hour hospital. The practice is also open to part-time or half-day arrangements, making this an ideal position for those seeking a better work-life balance. The position would suit both recent graduates and experienced clinicians, with strong support in place for ongoing development and clinical progression. The Practice You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment, working alongside an experienced Lead Vet, a skilled nursing team, and an engaged Practice Manager.
