Employment type: Seasonal fixed-term contract (July-September) Work hours: 37.5 hours per week - 5 days across Monday-Saturday Location: Saundersfoot What will I be doing? As a Managed Service Coordinator, you will handle queries and provide assistance to our guests and property owners. This dual role will support both the customer service and managed services teams. As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following: Handling guest and owner queries both in person and over calls/emails Supporting the managed service team with property visits and property checks Conducting face-to-face walk-ins for guest queries Going out for maintenance checks and assisting with day-to-day admin tasks What are we looking for?
