Role Description
This role is for a JAVA AWS Engineer working with AWS, Java micro-services, Spring, and MongoDB. Responsibilities include deploying scalable cloud applications using AWS services like ECS, EC2, Lambda, and understanding AWS architecture, distributed services, testing, system monitoring, and SDLC processes. The engineer will collaborate with a team to build digital platforms for PWM, working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams across divisions.
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
* Experience with AWS, Cloud Services, Java, Spring, and MongoDB
* Knowledge of micro-services, Java deployment, and DevOps tools like Gitlab
* Understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
* Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively with global teams and self-motivate
