Supply English Teacher - Secondary School | March 2026 Start Location: Bridgwater Contract: Full-Time Supply (Monday-Friday) Hours: 8:15am - 3:15pm Salary: £140 - £232.20 ( Depending on Experience) Are you a motivated and engaging English teacher looking for a flexible role that supports a healthy work-life balance? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply English Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Bridgwater. While we have strong demand for English specialists, we also welcome teachers from other subject backgrounds who can confidently deliver high-quality cover in a well-managed, professional manner. About the Role As a Supply English Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4 learners, using strong subject knowledge and an adaptable approach. You will help students develop essential skills in reading, writing, analysis, and communication. By establishing routines and creating purposeful learning environments, you will encourage learners to take pride in their work and enjoy studying English.
