Location: Wisteria Hall - Grantham
Compensation: £31,918 - £32,540 / year
Pay rate: £31,917.6 - £32,540.4 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins (shifts may vary). Rota given in advance. We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work.
Essential requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* The right to work in the UK
* Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations

The Role:
Our homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. We offer recreational activities tailored to each child's interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
