Description
Working directly with many of the country’s leading power, energy transition, water, telecoms and digital clients, we are looking for the very best talent to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
* Ensure work is carried out safely, to specification, and on schedule
* Monitor civil and electrical installations, including ducting, trenching, and switch station works
* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits
* Manage resources, plan manpower, and support workflow efficiency
* Support incident and near‑miss reporting, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
* Ensure all site inductions and permits are in place
* Promote a culture of zero harm and teamwork
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Civil or electrical site management experience
* SMSTS / SSSTS
* IOSH / NEBOSH (preferred)
* NRSWA Supervisor (desirable)
* Confined spaces and deep excavation awareness (beneficial)
* Working at height appreciation
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
