We are looking for a Business Development professional who is keen to make a positive impact on the clinical success of our St Mary's day surgery centre in Portsmouth. Our hospitals are dynamic and progressive.

Working schedule
Monday to Friday 9‑5pm with some flexibility for events and marketing initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for increasing the awareness of Practice Plus Group’s NHS and private services by connecting with patients, GPs, Practice Managers, Referral Management Centres and other key stakeholders. In addition, you will effectively promote the hospital services to patients and all referrers to establish robust relationships and reputation in order to attract healthy volumes of business to the service.

What we’ll look for in you
* Commercial awareness and a proven track record of developing and managing long lasting relationships with stakeholders.
* An interpersonal, analytical and proactive approach will distinguish you from the competition and ensure Practice Plus Group are the preferred choice for potential referrals.
* The desire to influence positive change within the business will put you in good stead to be successful in this role.
* Experience of coordinating events and use of social media for promoting the business.
* You will ideally have relevant experience in the healthcare sector and a working knowledge of the healthcare economy.
* A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the surrounding area will be necessary.
