We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our UK team. This role is vital in delivering regional sales performance and implementing national sales and marketing strategies on a local level. You will develop and support our customer base across the region, delivering training, increasing brand visibility, and driving both sell-in and sell-out performance.
You’ll be representing Weber in the field, working closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, and L&D) as well as retailers and distribution partners.
Your responsibilities:
• Manage and grow sales within your assigned region through strong customer relationships and excellent sales service
• Execute national sales and marketing strategies at a regional level
• Drive new business development and expand partnerships with existing retailers
• Deliver engaging product and brand training sessions to retail staff
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback and ideas to the team
• Achieve revenue and margin targets for your territory
• Represent Weber at trade shows, consumer events, and retail activations
• Support shop-in-shop installations and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Report any issues or violations of shop-in-shop agreements
• Stay current with Weber’s product offerings and in-store marketing campaigns
• Submit regular sales reports and customer insights to your manager
• Attend internal sales planning meetings and collaborative workshops
About you:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field experience.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales of branded consumer goods to chains, wholesale or specialist retailers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Able to work independently and manage your own field-based schedule
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 80%)
• Confident delivering training and presentations
• Proficient in basic digital tools (CRM, laptop, mobile)
• Full UK driving license required
