As a Performance Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Leading Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high‑value B2B prospects
Managing and optimising paid media spend to maximise ROI across UK and international markets
Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and delivering actionable insights
Collaborating with the Communications & Events Manager on SEO and AEO audits, optimisation, and content recommendations
Supporting international search and campaign strategies
Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and VAS to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and objectives
Staying ahead of trends in B2B digital marketing, paid media, and search performance
As a Performance Marketing Manager, your experience will include:
Proven experience managing B2B paid media campaigns
Strong understanding and hands‑on experience of Account Based Marketing (ABM)
SEO and AEO experience, including website and content optimisation
A data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimise accordingly
Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience within eCommerce or SaaS marketing would be advantageous
