Job Title: Part-Time Administration Clerk – Car Dealership

We are a friendly, family-run car dealership looking for a reliable and organised Administration Clerk to support our sales and service teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working in a varied role within a small, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
* Managing customer files and keeping records up to date.
* Assisting with vehicle registrations and documentation.
* General office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous administration experience preferred (motor trade experience an advantage but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and email essential).
* Organised, dependable, and able to work independently.
* Friendly and professional communication skills.
