About the role
Customers visit our café for various reasons. Whether it's a hearty breakfast or a quick pick-me-up, we aim to provide excellent service. As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play a key role in this experience.
With your dedication to service and understanding of health and safety standards, you'll help make every day better. Your responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and staying updated with our menu and initiatives. Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
* Resolve complaints and inform the Café Manager.
* Follow FIFO stock rotation to maintain food freshness.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, keeping records.
* Accept deliveries and store food safely.
* Follow operational policies and procedures.
* Clear and sanitize tables to keep the café clean.
* Ensure standards are maintained and all food is available.
* Stay informed about business updates and initiatives.
* Know our menu inside out and serve food as intended.
* Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers.
Requirements
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
