Head of Site Sales – Western Australia
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as the Head of Site Sales for Western Australia. This position will be responsible for leading the site sales efforts in the region, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, and driving growth through effective account management and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, preferably within the mineral processing industry, along with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Develop and manage a high-performing site sales team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Strategic Planning: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific sites, taking into consideration market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Account Management: Build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at mine sites, understanding their requirements and providing solutions to enhance their operations.
• Order Intake Growth: Work with product specialists and support teams to drive growth of our parts and services sales to sites
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Customer Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within the mineral processing industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the mineral processing industry, including products, services, and applications.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Western Australia.
• Proven ability to develop sales and leadership talent within their teams
• Passion for building lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
